Can repairs be performed at any repair shop?

Some extended auto warranties stipulate that repairs must be performed at the dealership from which the warranty was purchased; this can prove limiting and inconvenient. It's best to opt for a warranty that, at the very least, gives you more than one service facility to choose from. You'll appreciate this should the vehicle ever need service while you're on a road trip, miles away from home.

Dynamic Diesel works with most extended warranty company's, and is authorized to perform all of your Manufacturer Warranty Maintenance Services.

Manufacturer Warranty or Extended Warranty Requirements

The important thing to remember:
PLEASE do not make the mistake a recent customer did.

Our customer took his Truck to a Transmission Repair facility. The Transmission Facility called us since we had seen the customers truck on two occasions. They asked if he had any Transmission Service documented either time he had been in. We looked in our Data Base and found that a month prior to his Transmission difficulties we had highly Recommended a full Transmission Flush, of which the Customer had declined and wanted to take care of it at a later date.

Well - as you have probably guessed - No Warranty - he could not show any records that he had been maintaining the Transmission with regularly scheduled Transmission Services or Flush. OUCH!!!!

SO - be sure to follow the Manufacturer Service Recommendations at the suggested Intervals - this will save you money in the end.
